1. What kind of quality screens do you sell?

Aftermarket, OEM, Refurb, Original quality are accepted. More quality is upon your requests.

2. Is there any MOQ for order?

No MOQ limited for shopping. (the more you buy, the price will be more cheaper. Plz contact your sales representative for lastest wholesaler price.)

3. Do you offer different pricing if I buy in bulk?

We offer tiered pricing on most of our products. For any additional questions about discounts or wholesaler price, please contact your sales representative.

4. What payments methods do you accept?

We accept T/T(Wire Transfer), Western Union, Money Gram, Paypal, Escrow, Wechat Wallet, Alipay.

Paypal is suggested for small account order, T/T is suitable for massive qty order.

5. How long will it take to ship out an order after payment is confirmed ?

Normally, it only takes 1-3 days after the payment is confirmed.

6. What is the shipping method?

We offer DHL, EMS, UPS,TNT and so on.For separate countries or regions, suitable shipping option will be recommended.

7. What is your shipping time?

It takes about 1-3 days for Asia, and about 3-5 days for North America and Europe.

The peak or holiday season will be longer. Plz comfirm the specific delivery time based on your order.

8. Once an order is delivered, any tracking number available?

Each parcel we sent will come with an independent tracking number from the courier service companies such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, Post Airmail, etc.

9. Can you provide OEM service?

Yes, OEM service is accpeted, you could customize logo, packaging and label.

10. How to do if I can’t find the products from website?

Please contact us and send us the products info which you are looking for. We will work it out.
