ZXPhoneFix reminds you that if you want to return your goods with quality problems, please contact the sales representative first. We will help confirm details how and where you should return.

Warranty is void if goods is damaged during the process of installation and usage after delivery.

Please make sure that your items must meet the following conditions to return a purchase:

  • Be returned within the warranty periods;
  • Be in its proper condition fitting into Warranty Terms;
  • Be returned with its original stamps and packaging.
HOW DOES OUR RETURN POLICY WORK?
  • Contact the sales-rep to make sure details before returning;
  • Provide us with a return list (specific terms and conditions);
  • Put the return order NO. on the box surface;
  • Return to our warehouse in Hong Kong;
  • Note that the freight is borne by customers from your country to Hongkong; ZXPhonefix will bear the freight from HK to SZ and the freight to ship back.
POLICY ABUSE

Unfortunately, some customers abuse our generous return,warranty, and other policies. Accordingly, we will be forced to apply stricter policies to those abusive customers.

ZXPhoneFix reserves the right to change all policies without any notice at any time.
